This information pertains to preliminary notes regarding the specifications of the International Media Security Server. This server is a major undertaking that has great complexity. This system has multiple levels of national and International controls, some of which can be changed, locally, and some of which can only be changed by International organizations. National organizations can also limit how changes are made to localities or regions or states/provinces or nations, and can block certain content, as well, for example, to establish content access controls in certain geographical regions, such as based on different interests of different localities or regions or states/provinces or nations. Ability for nations to implement their own controls over how their national Media can be viewed by other nations:
Ability to limit certain types of Media based on nation / geographical areas
Ability to limit certain types of Media to domestic only
Ability to negotiate treaties based on the right to view limited Media or limit Media originating from or based on any nation
Ability for nations to implement their own controls over how the Media can refer to their nation in other nations:
Ability of nations to stop and prevent all political attacks against their nation in the Media, using algorithms
Ability of nations to gather information based on violations of their policies within the International Media Security Server and file suit if compliance procedures are not followed
Ability for securitization within multi-national companies, complaint with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) authorization system that controls access to usage of copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and other protected intellectual property including patents and patent groups, to always verify all intellectual property rights through an International licensing server, to reduce incidences of intellectual property infringement
Ability for integration with International Law Enforcement system to minimize Media with patterns of any national security and International security issues, and/or limit the Media of such into secured channels that require local, regional, province or state, and/or national military security authorization
