Process Work Flow for Invention Development

This information pertains to defining the process workflow for the development of inventions.

Ideas for inventions are conceived, to date these have been the thoughts and ideas of the Company Founder, Patrick Russell McElhiney.
The ideas for the inventions are documented. To date, this has been completed by the individual who conceives the idea, the Company Founder, Patrick Russell McElhiney.
Analysis of market segment applications. This includes the determination based on major technological advancements that are conceived through the ideas and inventions process, whether the technologies have other applications in other industries. To date, this has been completed by the individual who conceives the idea, the Company Founder, Patrick Russell McElhiney.
Scientific and Engineering Analysis. This pertains to the scientific and engineering planning of the prototyping process. To date, there has been a plan developed for the deployment and management of scientific and engineering research, and there is a major plan that includes the deployment of new types of national laboratories, new types of scientific research, and new types of science.
Production Analysis. This pertains to the analysis of the production technologies and processes that will be needed to mass produce the inventions. To date, this has included the development of inventions that pertain to manufacturing, including the equipment, processes, logistics, and management.
RAW Materials and Mining Analysis. This pertains to the analysis of the RAW Materials and Mining Industries. To date, this has included the development of planning for the mining and refinery industries at a World Trade level.

The invention process is such that the inventions are not discussed in public. There are studies to determine what types of tactics third parties attempt to use to steal intellectual property. All of the works and the development of the intellectual property is in the best faith effort of developing plans that will be implemented, and the inventions are conceived and documented under the basis that the ideas and concepts are original and are not pertaining to the thoughts and ideas of other persons, and the work is conducted in the best faith effort of producing works that will produce revenue for the company in the future.

MCE123℠ Intellectual Property Development

MCE123℠ invents original concepts for new high-tech technologies in our Technology Development department that can be purchased by other organizations to develop into physical products for a fee. Some of these concepts have already been physically developed by MCE123℠ Technology Development with our partners in the government, and are classified as national security technologies, in which we allow the government to develop the technologies as part of our company. We do allow these technologies to be purchased, however the technologies must be purchased from our company, as they are our technologies. There are government policies and government legislation that prevents the technologies from being purchased without MCE123℠ being paid for its works to invent the technologies as the government.

You must have our authorization to work on our products or services, regarding any invention you read about on our website. Please consult with the MCE123℠ Legal Department before taking any concepts from us, as we spend countless hours developing these concepts from scratch, and you must pay us to use these concepts, or even modify the concepts and use the concepts, even with significant modification. You must purchase all intellectual property relating to a technology concept before you begin work on any of our products or services. Failure to do so will result in Intellectual Property Theft lawsuits and cases to compensate our company for intellectual and monetary damages that we have incurred due to any third party developing any of our products.

This Intellectual Property is owned by MCE123℠ Technology Development. By viewing this Intellectual Property, you agree to the rights of the IP holder established under the Intellectual Property Rights Management agreement. To use the Intellectual Property, you must first obtain an Intellectual Property license, and you must pay royalties for each product that is produced using the Intellectual Property license.
